Candid conversations & solutions for hostility, micro-aggressions & gaslighting in the workplace
While battling breast cancer, former news anchor Andrea Morehead was also fighting workplace hostility, microaggressions, gaslighting, and discrimination. She walked off the job without warning on June 5, 2020, and filed a discrimination lawsuit against the station. She speaks with others who’ve endured similar challenges with the goal of raising awareness about workplace trauma; offering mental health solutions; and challenging the legal system to adequately address racism. With almost 100k views of her LinkedIn post about her case, this topic has struck a chord with millions of people who want equitable workplaces where they’re valued and where offenders are held accountable.
