WE’RE WORKING TO END WORKPLACE ABUSE
We believe all workers have the right to psychologically safe workplaces.
No one should have to endure bullying, intimidation, or abuse at work — regardless of their role, identity, or background.
WHAT WE DO
End Workplace Abuse is a national movement focused on protecting workers from psychological harm on the job. We:
Advocate for laws like the Workplace Psychological Safety Act
Support individuals navigating workplace abuse
Raise awareness about the realities and impact of workplace harm
Partner with organizations to promote safer workplaces
WHO WE ARE
We are a volunteer-led network of advocates across the U.S., many of whom have experienced workplace abuse firsthand.
We bring together people committed to changing both the experience of work and the systems that shape it.
WHY WE EXIST
Workplace abuse is widespread — and largely unaddressed by current law.
After experiencing and witnessing its impact, we came together to build something different:
A movement grounded in dignity, accountability, and collaboration
A platform for collective action
A path toward real legal and cultural change
We developed the Workplace Psychological Safety Act to help close the gap in protections and mobilize support nationwide.
OUR VALUES
Our work is grounded in:
Dignity & respect — Everyone deserves to feel safe at work
Psychological safety — Harmful behavior should never be normalized
Accountability — Individuals and systems must be responsible for harm
Equity & inclusion — Workplace abuse often intersects with systemic inequities
Collaboration — Change happens through collective effort
We take a trauma-informed and -responsive approach and prioritize safety, transparency, and shared learning in how we work.
Ending workplace abuse requires both cultural change and legal protection. We’re working to build both.
