WE’RE BUILDING MOMENTUM — TOGETHER
Workplace abuse has been invisible for too long.
Through advocacy, education, and collective action, that’s starting to change.
Across the country, more people are naming workplace abuse, more organizations are engaging in prevention, and more legislators are recognizing the need for legal protection.
This is what movement-building looks like.
Here’s what we’ve accomplished — and where we’re going next.

Advancing Workplace Protections
End Workplace Abuse is working with legislators across multiple states to introduce and advance the Workplace Psychological Safety Act.
This legislation would:
- Recognize severe workplace bullying as a form of harm
- Provide legal pathways for workers experiencing abuse
- Encourage prevention and accountability at the organizational level
We’re building the foundation for legal protection where none currently exists.
